The cover of the April 30 issue (“The cost of greening”) asks the question “Who will pay the billions for cleaning up the planet?” The answer is, obviously, all of those who made the billions polluting it. Anne Renault, Toronto You missed the point in “The cost of going green” (Cover, April 30).
One of the more pleasant sights in this country, over the past decade or so, has been the view out the window of the Four Seasons Hotel in Ottawa. It sits four blocks or so down from Parliament Hill, and its room-length windows give (gave) a wall-to-wall view of that Presbyterian Gothic pile of stone topped by the Peace Tower.By Allan Fotheringham4 min
