THERE are no asylums in Canada. This word “asylum” is a misnomer. Canada has only mental hospitals. During the past few months Mr. Raine has visited three of the leading mental hospitals in the Dominion, and the results of his investigations will appear in MACLEAN’S MAGAZINE in a series of three vigorous, colorful—above all, sympathetic—articles, beginning March 15. The first article deals with Mimico; the second, to appear April 1, with Orillia; the third, in tiie April 15 issue, with Whitby. Some exceedingly interesting and astonishing facts will be brought out, of real interest to every thinking Canadian.
