Golf champion Tiger Woods has given himself a 30th birthday present: a US$40 million oceanfront estate on Jupiter Island, Fla. The jaw-dropping price, for a 13-year-old house on four hectares, set a record for the neighbourhood, which has been described by a magazine as America’s richest zip code. The purchase bested a US$13 million price for a nearby home paid by Céline Dion last year.

speaker combo may be divine, the $4,600 price dwarfs that of a $250 iPod Nano.
