New York City businessman Harry Shasho is alleging in a lawsuit that the police failed to care for his 2005 Bentley GH sedan, which they impounded in 2005 after Shasho hit and killed a pedestrian. Shasho pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident after he mowed down Louis Couch. He claims in a lawsuit that the Bentley had been in mint condition but now carries big dents in the front. He’s suing for US$190,000.
